DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be arranged on a day most convenient for the customer.
Our FREE DELIVERY* service is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, normally by 6pm.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. PLEASE MARK CLEARLY AT THIS STAGE IF THE GOODS OR BOXES ARE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. DO NOT USE 'UNCHECKED'
Deliveries can be arranged before 9am @ £25, Before 10.30am @ £15,
Before Noon @ £10 or Saturday @ £40, in most cases, subject to relevant
additional charge(excludes palletised deliveries). Please contact us before ordering with your
requirements so we can confirm this is possible in your geographical
location.
All flat packed beds and furniture are delivered in a varying number of boxes for self assembly with the weight of each box clearly marked for your information and safety. Do not attempt to lift an item that is too heavy for you - seek assistance.
The carriers normally operate a 'to door' service. Please check for deliveries not at ground floor level.
Please advise us in advance if there are any obstacles or restrictions that may hinder or obstruct the delivery.
For Very Large or Very Heavy Items and where we offer an assembly service the goods will be delivered by two of our own staff using our own vehicles. On these occasions delivery will be at a prearranged time and date.
Deliveries of Divan Beds, where we offer a free assembly service and removal of your old bed will be at a mutually convenient time and date and can include Sundays.

We take great pride in the level of service we offer to our customers, many of you have returned time and time again over the years. THANK YOU
With over 30 years experience we also know that from time to time things go wrong.
On the rare occasion that a part to a bed frame or piece of flat pack furniture is missing / damaged we supply the offending part as soon as possible.
On larger items that we deliver ourselves we would endeavor to rectify the issue on site at the time of delivery.
If, for some reason this was not possible we would agree a course of action with you to correct any problem.
